Best Rate Guarantee
At el Cid Resort we want to continue to provide the best experience possible, for this reason we are compromised to always deliver the best rate available in our direct channels.
If you find a lower price for the same room and dates at any point before your reservation is made or up to 24 hours after making your reservation though our official channels, we will match the lower rate and take an additional 10% off the room rate for each night of your stay.

The lowest price available must fulfill each of the following:
- If you find a lower price on a website that is NOT one of our official sites.
- Price must be without restrictions, meaning that is viewable and bookable by anyone.
- Must be the same accommodations and terms as your current booking.
How to submit your claim:
You need to contact our Reservation center to submit the claim by phone or email to the following contact:
- If you are calling from the USA or Canada, call:

- If you prefer by email, please fill out our email claim form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Only one claim may be submitted for each reservation
How to Claim Process:
- When making a claim over the phone, we will try to validate your claim immediately
- When submitting a claim via email, we will try to validate it within 24 hours after the submission
- Client must present enough proofs of the available rate such as screen shots, website links or any other kind of support to validate the claim
If El Cid Resorts approves your claim:
If we verify the information, availability and eligibility of the rate, we will honor you by matching the rate PLUS give you 10% off the room price for the entire booking.
